Guarantee

We guarantee our services and provide a thorough consultation prior to any service. We are highly trained and committed to excellence. We provide our clients with professional service using the finest products available and provide thorough post-care advice and education on how to maintain the results of your treatment at home. 

How you take care of your hair & body is important. Great results are 20% in-salon treatments and 80% how you care for your hair & body in the time between treatments.

We cannot guarantee lasting results if you choose not to follow the recommended pre and post-treatment advice or use unsuitable products.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the results of your treatment, we will rectify at no extra charge within one week of the original service.

Age Requirements

Children are not permitted in the salon unless they have an appointment and are accompanied by an adult. Written consent is required from a parent or legal guardian for services on any child under 18 years of age.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be scheduled online or via the Fresha app. You may also call Unique Beauty & Style + 61 0452 522 669.

 If you hold a Gift Card please quote your Gift Card number when scheduling your appointment.

Bank card details is required to secure appointments.

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.

If you are late for your appointment, you will lose that time and your treatment will not be completed to the usual standard of Unique Beauty & Style.

We have a 48 hours cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur 48 hours or more before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at NO additional cost to the client.

Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.

“NO SHOWS” or cancellation made less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Appointment Confirmations

To ensure you never forget an appointment, a text message and an email will be sent to you requesting confirmation 2 days prior to the date of your appointment.

If an appointment remains unconfirmed by the close of business the day before your appointment it will be cancelled and the booking fee will be lost.

Illness

If you are unwell, I ask that you please contact us as soon as you are able to reschedule your appointment. If it is outside of the 48-hour cancellation window, please reschedule your appointment online.

If you attend an appointment while you are unwell, you will be refused service and charged 100% of your scheduled appointment fee.

Arrival

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for consultation and gives you the most value from your treatment time. To keep the serenity of the salon, we ask that you turn off your mobile phone upon arrival.

Package Policy

Package validity periods are advised in each description and will automatically expire after the advised number of days. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Purchase Policy

Unopened products may be exchanged within 2 days of purchase. Opened products will not be exchanged.

Privacy Policy

Unique Beauty & Style diligently monitors the privacy and confidentiality of personal information and ensures compliance to all relevant legislative and moral requirements by instilling discipline in all aspects of the business.

Our objective is to protect and maintain the privacy and security of all personal information gathered in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. The Privacy Act contains a set of standards for handling personal information for clients, known as the National Privacy Principles (NPP’s). Personal information collected by Unique Beauty & Style generally comprises of name, contact details, and birthdate.

The National Privacy Principles require Unique Beauty & Style not to store personal information longer than necessary. We are committed to the privacy and protection of your information, should you require any further information, please contact me.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not refundable. Gift cards are redeemable at the monetary value of the service at the time of purchase and should only be purchased directly from Unique Beauty & Style. Cards purchased through other suppliers will not be honored.

Referral Programme

Bring your friend and get 20% discount each.

Loyalty Programme

Loyal customers of Unique Beauty & Style Clients will receive a loyalty card and will receive a stamp for the card and their tenth treatment with 20% OFF on completion of the card.
